WE CHARGE $25 FOR MISSED APPOINTMENTS AND SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS. THIS CHARGE MUST BE PAID BEFORE YOUR NEXT SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.

IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 10 MINUTES LATE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT, THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL BE SEEN AND YOU MAY BE ASKED TO RESCHEDULE.

WE WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO ASSIST YOU WITH RESCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT FOR THE FIRST AVAILABLE TIME SLOT. CANCELLATIONS DUE TO EMERGENCIES WILL BE REVIEWED AND ARE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL.
